Add everyone. Your two founders are $5 each a month, or $99 a year for both. Each teammate who started or joined a call is $19. People who didn’t call that month cost nothing, and your first month is free.
Guests, contractors and clients you invite by link never count.

When a call ends, your Mac writes a summary, the decisions and the to-dos, each with an owner. The to-dos land in the team’s list. Transcripts stay on your Macs.
