Early access

Founder Hud is in development and open to invited testers. Features change, some are marked as in development, and things may break. Please don’t rely on it as your only way to reach your team yet.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with your email and a password. Keep that account secure: anyone who can use it can use Founder Hud as you. You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

If you set Founder Hud up for a company, you confirm you may agree to these terms for it.

Your content

What you and your team create in Founder Hud is yours: messages, notes, to-dos, files and transcripts. You give us permission to store, copy and send it only as needed to run Founder Hud for your team. We don’t sell it, show ads with it or train models on it. Our privacy page says what we keep and for how long.

Calls and transcripts

Transcripts and meeting notes are made on each Mac. Some places require everyone’s consent before a conversation is transcribed. When you turn transcripts on, tell the people in the call, and follow the law where you and they are.

When you allow someone to control your Mac during a share, they can use your mouse and keyboard until you stop it. Only allow people you trust.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Founder Hud to:

• break the law or help someone else break it;
• harass, threaten or spy on people;
• send malware or content you have no right to share;
• probe, overload or get around the security of Founder Hud, its hubs or its media servers;
• resell Founder Hud or give access to people outside your team without our agreement.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Prices and payment

Prices on the pricing page are launch prices and may change before launch. A paid plan starts only when you choose one.

Other services

Founder Hud depends on Google for Google sign-in, on Stripe for payment, and on Cloudflare for downloads, hubs and media servers. Their terms apply to your use of them.

Ending

You can stop using Founder Hud at any time and ask us to delete your data by emailing info@lowsidelabs.com. We may change or end the service.

No warranty

Founder Hud is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the date at the top.
